The Aurora Regional Fire Museum will be CLOSED on Saturday - Aug 8th so that we can participate in the Chicagoland Emergency Vehicle Show

The Aurora Regional Fire Museum
is open for walk-in visitors on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, from 1 to 4pm

All groups are requested to schedule visits by appointment. Other hours and discounts are available for groups of ten or more.

Admission
We suggest a donation of:

$5.00 for adults
$3.00 for children

Contributions of any amount are gratefully accepted. Your generous support helps us continue our mission and educational programs. Discount rates are available for groups of ten or more.

Maps, Parking, and Directions
The Aurora Regional Fire Museum is located at 53 N. Broadway - at the corner of New York and Broadway (Rt. 25) in downtown Aurora.

Ample parking is located behind our building in a lot accessible off of LaSalle Street.

The City of Aurora is located 35 miles west of Chicago, just off a major highway and serves as the end terminal for the Metra commuter rail line (the fire museum is only 2 blocks from the train station). Approximate travel time by road or rail from downtown Chicago to the museum is one hour.
