5 • The ARFM re-opens for our regular operating hours -- Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays, from 1 to 4pm.
April - 2010
16-17 • The Aurora Regional Fire Museum will be CLOSED so that staff might attend the Spring-Melt Fire Memorabilia Marketplace and Auction in Allentown, PA.
23-24 • The Aurora Regional Fire Museum will be CLOSED so that staff might attend the Fire Memorabilia Flea Market in Jackson, MI.
May - 2010
16• The Aurora Regional Fire Museum will tenatively be participating in the North Aurora Community Parade. Step off is at 2pm, on Sunday May 16.
June - 2010
July - 2010
4 • Independence Day Parade -- The Aurora Regional Fire Museum will be participating in the City of Aurora's annual Independence Day Parade. The parade will step off at 10am at the intersection of South River and Benton Streets on Saturday, July 4th.
August - 2010
6 • Chicagoland Emergency Vehicle Show -- Lights and Siren parade. Staging begins at 6:00pm at Tinseltown Theaters, 320 S. Lincolnway (Rt. 31), North Aurora, IL. Parade kicks off at 7:00pm goes north on Rt. 31 to John Street, west to Willoway, north to Oak Street., west to Randall Road to the Clock Tower Plaza located at the corner of Oak Street and Randall Road.
7 • Chicagoland Emergency Vehicle Show -- Lights and Siren parade on Friday (Aug 6), and emergency vehicle show and demonstrations on Saturday (Aug 7).
