The Aurora Regional Fire Museum is so excited to be able to reopen our doors to our visitors. We will reopen on Tuesday, July 7 for members only and to the general public on Tuesday, July 14. Not a member? - Not a problem, you can join at the door!
When visiting the Museum, we kindly ask that you help us by following these few guidelines:
~ Please do not visit the museum if you are feeling ill or had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
~ All visitors over the age of 2 are required to wear a face covering over their nose and mouth.
~ When visiting the Museum, please practice social distancing of 6 feet from others.
~ All visitors will be asked to provide contact information to allow for contact tracing.
In an effort to keep our visitors and staff safe, we have instituted the following:
~Museum Staff will be required to wear a face covering over their mouth and nose.
~Staff will clean and disinfect high touch surfaces every two hours during our open hours.
~ Interactive components of our exhibits have been removed & we closed our Children’s Discovery Room.
~ Limit the amount of visitors into the Museum subject to state and local guidance.
